Seers comprises three corporate entities: Seers Foundation, Seers Consult, and Seers Partners, Leaders, and Innovators Network (SPLIN; mostly simply referred to as Seers Community; formerly Seers Club).
Seers Foundation, and Seers Consult are the native legal entities that underpin everything Seers. They are extreme human resource development and support services organisations that are committed to grooming humanity for true fulfillment, and raising exceptional doers!
Seers Consult focuses on providing appropriate training, branding, marketing, personnel, advice, funds, and logistics to groups / companies / organisations, and individuals, on strictly commercial basis.
Seers Foundation (a Non-Governmental Organisation) focuses on mobilising resources (mainly grants or donations) for the purposes of engaging Seers Consult to train especially the marginalised youth in Ghana (and Africa) at a suitably subsidised cost to the trainees, and also support such marginalised ones so trained, with complementary resources (especially: advice, funds and logistics). Leaders: Anyone in a position of authority / influence, such as: Teachers, Parents / Guardians, Pastors, Imams, Media Persons, Policy Makers, Directors / CEOs, Etc.
Innovators: Individuals who are positively challenging the ‘status quo’ in various areas or disciplines and are thus either doing things differently from the norm, or are seeking to do things differently from the norm; with the objective to bring about tangible improvement in the way things are done, so as to better the lot of their societies or humanity as a whole.

Since 2006, we have made it our obligation to understand the difficulties (or challenges) people face, and the reasons behind these difficulties. Well, most people are not truly fulfilled in life! And also, most people do not know about their true potential, thus they make little or no effort to unearth (or harness) that true (or hidden) potential; they waste their true (or hidden) potential and consequently suffer needlessly! (More about these later; you may click here). Most importantly, we have taken up the duty to prevent these difficulties, or at least, mitigate or otherwise solve them. And we are excited about how our effort is seriously helping people!
When growing up, it is ideal and relevant that someone should explain life to you comprehensively enough; but this is usually not the case. (More about this later; you may click here). Hardly do you get someone qualified enough to tell you what’s really important where and when, and show you how to organise your life to be more efficient, make great impact and enjoy true happiness. We do that!
Though we serve people of all ages, our special focus is on children from Age 7, and the youth; wrong habits are not that entrenched in them and are thus more susceptible to innovation that brings about tangible positive transformation. By the time they become of age and have to take up responsibilities they would already be self-confident and proactive, they would know how to manage their time, they would know how to lead people effectively, they would know how to keep records properly, they would know how to write winning proposals and reports, etc. It calls to mind the good old wise King Solomon’s advice to train up a child in the way he (or she) should go, and when he (or she) is old he (or she) will not depart from it; sort of ‘doing the difficult things at the time when it is much easier.’ This is unlike the otherwise commonly known situation where people grow up without these essential skills, and are therefore less effective in their assigned and implied duties and are thus either made to go through seminars in the later years to learn some of these vital skills in a ‘quick-fix’ and ‘piece-meal’ manner; or are made to witness campaigns and adverts that attempt to persuade the masses to change their ways over-night. You do know that these ‘quick-fix’ and ‘piece-meal’ approaches are usually not that effective, in the final analysis.
We work in partnership with Schools, Companies, Churches, Families / Households, Community Groups, etc., and we strongly believe that you and / or your people (family members, friends, team, staff / workers, students / pupils, congregation, countrymen, etc.) will benefit so much from our training.
