One that struck me was the habits that make the journey of our lives very tough and very bumpy. One significant insight, was the processionary caterpillar syndrome where we follow the same entrenched norms, culture, the general status quo deemed fit for the socialization of an individual. In trying to follow these straight jacket pursuit of what a noble average life should be, we end up losing the numerous opportunities that come our way as a result of the cycle we go through and even pass on to generations. It clearly shows how we under-utilize our potentials and capabilities.
Also just a few percentage actually reflect a positive impact from what the formal schooling system offers. A greater number become incompetent when they get to the field of work and realize that it’s not about the exceptional grades on the paper but rather thinking as if there is no box, to make a difference.
It’s a little book packed with a lot really!
