The difficulties/challenges a lot of people go through with their academics are needless, and unfortunate. A case in point is the 2013/2014 WASSCE results released by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) which showed that more than seventy percent (70%) of the candidates who wrote the exams failed to get the required grades to enable them get admissions into tertiary institutions. And what officialdom seems to think is the cause, is really not the real cause! We can also cite the case of two hundred and fifty (250) students of the Labone Senior High School (SHS) in Accra-Ghana who were sacked for their abysmal performance in the end-of-year examination in July, 2014. 250 students from only one school! This is really sad!!! And indeed, it is just a tip of the iceberg; making the headlines only because the students got sacked. So what is the fate of these ones, and their counterparts in the more underprivileged and deprived schools elsewhere (especially the rural areas), though they may not be sacked to make the headlines? And why should anyone care? Well, they pose a serious risk to the development of the country/continent and you should surely be concerned.
There is a Solution:
Again, these difficulties / challenges people go through with their academics, and the consequent negative effects on the country / continent are indeed needless and unfortunate, because there is adequate potent practical help readily available to prevent these difficulties / challenges, or at least, mitigate / solve them. The solution / remedy begins with Seers Foundation’s Extreme Educational Excellence with Zing4Life! (EEE-Z!)’ training, and we should urgently and diligently scale it up across the entire country/continent.
We are very confident especially because we have particularly been encouraged by the initial results of our efforts; prior to launching this campaign; for instance, one university student, who hitherto had financial challenges, was inspired, empowered and liberated to undertake a business venture while in school, and successfully combined his academic work with this business venture. He became financially stable, did even much better in his academics, and became, and still is, happier than ever! Such a person would not add to the stream of unemployed graduates. Our vision is ‘to train especially the children and youth of Ghana, and Africa, to uncover their true / hidden potential and get them to continually contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic development of their countries / societies in exceptional ways, and we target to train at least 8.25 million* Ghanaians over a period of 10 years (the critical mass that will bring about the required national impact) besides those to be trained in other countries; we begun with pupils of the Sakumono Junior High School Complex, effective 17 October 2014. Specifically, we are running the ‘Extreme Educational Excellence with Zing4Life! (EEE-Z!)’ module / initiative, to start with; you may click here for the synopsis / outline. This is tailored to favour students / pupils, especially those who want to excel far beyond their current performance. It picks from parts of our main training, and we have a special offer for schools.
This EEE-Z! module / initiative takes at least 64 hours contact time per batch, spread over some four (4) months; ideally. Sadly however, the real cost of the training (you may click here for the budget) is generally beyond what a whopping majority of the trainees / participants can afford; especially, in the face of competing needs/interests; notwithstanding, the training has to be done so as to save the country / society; this is the ripe/right/best age to target, in order to save the future of this country / continent.
It is a tragedy that, our country / continent is blessed with abundant natural resources, and almost all the people are very religious and have been praying fervently and consistently, yet our developmental problems persist; Zing4Life! (which is able to harness seventy-eight percent (78%) of people’s true effectiveness) remains the sure hope; to complement the mainstream education which is predominantly ‘partial education’ in nature, and is thus able to harness only twenty-two percent (22%) of people’s true effectiveness. Doing this will ensure ‘Total Education.’

You see, a lot of people learn by mainly reading, and that is a big part of the problem. And so for most academic institutions, the academic performance pyramid looks like the one shown; with a heavy majority performing poorly, and a very few (just 3%) performing excellently.
The sad reality is that, though popular, Reading is a lower learning method; so ordinarily, if a person reads something, he/she is likely to remember only 10 percent of it, after 2 weeks. There are 12 methods in the series, and the higher methods of learning allow a person to understand so well, and to remember over 90 percent; even after 2 weeks; so much more effective! More About the Issue
The future of our nation is in the hands of these young ones. We must train them well, especially through education; because it is true that, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you (we) can use to change the world.”
And it may seem that we are educating them; but, that is the problem! What currently pertains is more of ‘schooling’ rather than ‘education.’ That is why our developmental problems persist, and in a lot of cases, worsen!
Education and schooling are not the same thing. What goes on inside the schools is not always education, and the results may well be that it reduces productive capacity rather than to increase it.

Research shows that, only 10 percent of the resources in the mainstream education is spent developing the aspects that contributes 85 percent of people’s true effectiveness and greatness in life. In essence, what the mainstream educational system teaches is able to harness only 22 percent of people’s true effectiveness and greatness in life. It is the reason why our nation/continent is still bedevilled with age old developmental problems such as indiscriminate littering, ignorance, illiteracy, diseases, unemployment, stack poverty and general underdevelopment. Even though almost all the people are very religious and have been praying fervently and consistently; besides the Universities, Polytechnics, Training Colleges, and Technical Schools produce numerous intellectuals – Professors, Doctorate Holders, Masters Holders, Diploma Holders, and a whole lot of people with serious academic credentials; some from very reputable Universities across the globe. The solution/remedy begins with inculcating Extreme Excellence in Education with Zing4Life! in a certain critical mass of people; especially those in school.

The Training Outline
The training begins with ‘How to Learn;’ the core principles, techniques and strategies for getting the most out reading materials, teaching/lectures and other presentations; as Introduction. Participants can apply them right away to improve their academic performance immediately; right from day one! Of course, the most pressing task is to teach people how to learn! Subsequently, the four (4) parts that constitute this EEE-Z! (Extreme Educational Excellence with Zing4Life!) module/initiative are tackled progressively; by laying an excellent foundation and building upon it as follows…
Part 1: The Creative Paradigm
Interestingly, what a person attempts to do, or end up doing in life depends on what he/she convincingly know as his/her capabilities. Sadly, 97 out of every 100 individuals underestimate their capabilities and thus use very little of their true/hidden potential. Participants shall therefore be helped to rediscover themselves; to come to a practical/demonstrable realisation that, they as persons are not just ordinary the way they seethemselves, and that fundamentally, they are amazing beings with extreme power, as opposed to what parents/guardians/society have influence them to become, and that they can apply themselves and work to achieve whatever they choose; including extreme excellence in their academics. Further, they will get to know how to use that great power/abilities already present in them to achieve breakthrough solutions. They will get to know and use the 8-Step Creative Thinking Process, and more; very powerful!
Part 2: Winning Leads
Through a number of situations and processes in life that ordinarily appear harmless but have inherent dangers, and cause harm in the final analysis, each of us tend to acquire self-limiting attitudes as we grow up. These tend to act as brakes to prevent us from taking the actions that are necessary for a great and a fulfilling life, even when we know what actions to take; it creates ‘inertia.’ It is obvious that participants would have already been negatively affected by this before joining the programme, and so helping them to know and guard themselves against these causes of self-limiting attitudes is a major and a necessary step towards liberating participants to actually take the necessary steps/actions towards a great and a fulfilling life; first, their academics.
Part 3: The Primary Paradigm
Many students see ‘obstacles’ in their lives and they use these as excuses to justify their ‘below excellence’ performance. This session will help melt any such excuses as they get exposed to how the world’s truly great achievers look at things, why they look at things that way, and why looking at things that way makes one more effective and automatically positions one for true greatness. Participants will get to understand life fully, and thus escape the greatest tragedy in life, which is that, “…majority of people have accepted to be less than they were born to be, and are thus accomplishing far less than their true capabilities.” They will develop the conviction / attitude that they can excell so much irrespective of their background or any limitations, difficulties or challenges they may have to face.
Part 4: Brainy Acts for Learners
Participants will get to know the simplest, fun-filled and most effective way to learn and get the most out of write-ups and other presentations and be able to easily remember the facts/details. These cover the ‘EIA3R Formula’ – the world’s best method of learning, ‘The 7×3 Learning Method – Retention Matrix,’ and more.
This will significantly enhance their learning experience, and with that, and having Parts 1 – 3 as excellent preparatory grounds, participants will get to become unstoppable in their career and educational pursuits. They will be able to master any subject, vocation or skill in a relatively short time. No subject would ever appear difficult to them again! They will deeply understand anything and everything they read and excel exceptionally; scoring some of the highest marks in any course of study.
The content of this training; per the parts 1-4, as well as the order in which they are carried out, are so important, and indeed critical. There is a reason why ‘The Creative Paradigm’ is part 1; there is a reason why ‘Brainy Acts for Learners’ is Part 4, and so on. It is the most logically structured content to get optimum results from the training. If you take any of them out, or even change the order in which they follow, the training may not be as effective.
