Mr. Kofi-Kakraba Afful, affectionately known as Uncle Kakraba, is a seasoned Christian ministry leader with over three decades of dedicated service in youth development, missions, and church administration.

He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and responded immediately to God’s call into full-time ministry. He served with the Great Commission Movement of Ghana (Campus Crusade for Christ, now CRU) from 1993 to 1998 as a campus staff and supported national coordination of the Women in Prayer movement.

In 1998, he joined the Bible Society of Ghana as Youth Officer and rose to Senior Programmes Officer for Youth and Children, serving for 14 years. His leadership shaped major initiatives including the Youth Impact Project, Future Leaders Project, and the flagship One Million Bibles for JHS Pupils Campaign.

Currently, he oversees Administrative Ministries and Area Fellowships at the Legon Interdenominational Church, managing strategic operational functions, New Member Orientation, funeral coordination, and other high-level responsibilities. He has held this role for the past 11 years.

Beyond local ministry, Mr. Afful has served as a global leader with the Sports Movement and the World Evangelical Alliance – Youth Commission. He presently mentors and coaches emerging leaders across Anglophone West Africa (Sierra Leone, Gambia, Liberia) as part of the Africa Strategy and Support Group for the sports ministry movement.

Mr. Afful is married to Susan Afful, a missions worker with Pioneers-Africa. They have been married for 25 years and are blessed with three adult children: Kweku Adom, Adjoa Aseda, and Ekow Nhyira.
