Charles is an investment banker by profession with a background in Finance, Investment and Economics. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana (ACIB) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).
Charles currently works as a public servant with the State Interests and Governance Authority as the Manager in charge of Investment and Wealth Creation. His job includes the provision of advisory services in the areas of public/corporate finance, investment promotion, and portfolio management.
He previously worked as a stockbroker with CAL Brokers Limited (previously part of the CAL Bank Group Limited) and CDH Securities Limited (part of the CDH Group Limited) member of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He worked as an analyst, trader and executive Director before joining the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA).
State Interest and Governance Authority (SIGA) is a public institution established by an Act of Parliament, Act 990 to oversee the State’s interests in State-Owned Enterprises, Joint-Venture Companies and Other State Entities. Currently SIGA has 175 entities under its portfolio.
